Sauteed Scallops

- cooking spray
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 lb. scallops, washed
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
Directions

1Spray saute pan liberally with cooking spray.

2Heat pan over low to medium flame.

3Saute onions, garlic and scallops until scallops are brown around edges.

4Add wine, salt and pepper. Allow to bubble until almost dry, stirring frequently.

5Combine melted butter and lemon juice and toss with scallops.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
