- 1 13 cups all-purpose flour
- 34 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup honey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 34 cup sour cream
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 14 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 12 cup bacon, cooked crumbled
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F Grease a 12-cup muffin pan; set aside.

2In medium bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3Make well in center and set aside.

4In separate bowl, combine honey, eggs, buttermilk and butter.

5Stir in sour cream.

6Add to flour mixture all at once and stir.

7Fold in onions and bacon.

8Divide evenly into prepared muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool for 5 minutes.

10Serve muffins with butter and honey, if desired.
