  • 6 oz. tube processed cheese
  • 6 oz. tube garlic cheese
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. uncooked grits
  • 1/4 c. butter

    Cut cheese into small pieces.

    Add salt to water and bring to a boil.

    Slowly add grits and bring to a second boil.

    Reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often.

    Add cheese and butter, stirring until melted and blended. Pour into ungreased casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
