  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
