- 1 lb. scallops (small ones or cut in half, if large)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 to 6 crushed crackers
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter.

2Stir in scallops, parsley, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

3Put in shallow casserole and top with Parmesan cheese (enough to cover top).

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes (15 minutes covered, 10 minutes uncovered).
