  • 3 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • chopped onion to taste
  • 1/2 can cream of celery soup
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Boil celery, green peppers and onion until tender; drain well. Combine celery mixture, soup and seasoning (salt and pepper to taste) in casserole dish.

    Top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
