- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups chicken cooked
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup pasta, elbow macaroni
- 2 large eggs hard-boiled, sliced
Directions

1Heat oil, blend in flour and salt, add broth and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

2Add chicken, bread crumbs and macaroni.

3Place alternate layers of egg, and chicken and macaroni mixture in greased baking dish.

4Top with buttered crumbs and bake in a 350F (180C).

5oven for about 1 hour.
