  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans cream-style corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 stick butter

    Combine eggs, flour and sugar; beat well.

    Add milk, corn and salt.

    Melt butter in a baking dish; add corn mixture.

    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
