- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cold margarine, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs (about 12)
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper and parsley (optional)
Directions

1In bowl, beat eggs until frothy.

2Stir in remaining ingredients except garnish until well blended.

3Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.

5Garnish with parsley, if desired.
