  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (drain 1 can, use juice from the other)
  • 5 slices white bread, cut in 1-inch cubes

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
