- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. minced scallions
- 2 Tbsp. dill
Directions

1Heat butter.

2Saute scallops; remove from pan.

3Add wine, broth and lemon juice.

4Reduce to 1/2, then add parsley, dill and scallions.

5Simmer 1 minute.

6Add scallops; serve over cooked linguine.
