  • 1/2 lb. bay scallops
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. minced scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. dill

    Saute scallops; remove from pan.

    Add wine, broth and lemon juice.
