- 6 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled and peeled
- 1 lb. sausage (half hot and half regular)
- pinch of salt
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Divide sausage meat into 6 portions.

2Wrap around hard-boiled eggs; cover completely.

3Beat remaining raw egg with salt.

4Coat eggs with beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs.

5Place on baking sheet.

6Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.

7Turn often to retain round shape.
