  • 1 egg (raw)
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled and peeled
  • 1 lb. sausage (half hot and half regular)
  • pinch of salt
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Divide sausage meat into 6 portions.

    Wrap around hard-boiled eggs; cover completely.

    Beat remaining raw egg with salt.

    Coat eggs with beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs.

    Place on baking sheet.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.

    Turn often to retain round shape.
