  • 1-1/3 cups fat-free liquid egg substitute
  • 4 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles, torn into pieces
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 4 tsp. jam, jelly or preserves
  • 4 medium oranges
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, Regular or Decaf

Directions

    Lightly coat nonstick pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat.

    Pour in egg substitute and season as desired with herbs or salt-free seasoning.

    When eggs begin to set, add cheese.

    Scramble until eggs are cooked through.

    Divide into 4 equal servings.

    Spread each toast slice with 1 tsp.

    each margarine and jelly; serve each person 1 slice toast and an orange alongside eggs.
