- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and boiled
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 15 saltine crackers, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushroom pieces (optional)
- 1 c. garlic toasted bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cream soup, mayonnaise and eggs together.

2Fold in rest of ingredients, except bread crumbs and cheese.

3Place in well-greased 9 x 12-inch Pyrex casserole dish.

4Bake at 375° for 1 hour.

5Add crumbs and cheese the last 15 minutes or baking time.
