- 8 imitation crab legs, diced
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 6 regular size flour tortilla shells
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
Directions

1Combine crab, cheese, onion and dill.

2Set aside.

3In saucepan melt butter and stir in flour; cook 2 minutes.

4Combine milk and soup.

5Add soup mixture with flour mixture and season to taste. Add few tablespoons of sauce to crab mixture.

6Set remaining sauce aside.
