Seafood Linguine

Ingredients
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
- 5 cloves fresh garlic
- 3/4 lb. linguine
- 1 lb. fresh shrimp (medium size)
- 1 lb. fresh scallops
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat (imitation or real)
- small bunch fresh parsley
Directions

1Saute garlic and parsley, that have been finely chopped, in olive oil in a large frying pan over low heat.

2Clean and devein shrimp.

3Add crabmeat, shrimp and scallops to olive oil; saute until shrimp and scallops are no longer translucent, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

4Cook linguine as per instructions on box.

5Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to water as the noodles will not stick to each other.

6Drain and rinse noodles to serve.

7Place linguine on plate and spoon seafood on top.

8May also be served chilled.
