  • 12 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 14 teaspoon hing
  • 6 small green chilies
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 14 piece ginger
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 carrot
  • 12 red onion
  • 6 green beans
  • 1 12 cups vermicelli
  • 2 cups water

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, ginger, green chilies.

    Microwave carrot and green beans for 2 minutes with oil.

    Add red onions and carrot,green beans to the pan with oil.

    Add turmeric powder.

    After vegetables fried, add water.
