- 1 large chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 stalks celery, bias sliced
- 4 green onions, bias sliced
- hot rice, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Directions

1Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.

2Place in small bowl.

3Add soy sauce and ginger; stir to coat.

4Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.

5Stir broth into cornstarch; set aside.

6Add cooking oil; preheat wok or skillet over high heat.

7Stir-fry celery and onions 2 minutes until crisp-tender.

8Remove.

9Add more oil if needed.

10Drain chicken.

11Reserve soy mixture.

12Stir-fry chicken 3 minutes or until browned.

13Add soy mixture to broth mixture; stir into wok.

14Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.

16Cover and cook 1 minute. Spoon over rice.
