- 1 pound perch ocean, or cod, trout, flounder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 each lemon cut in half
- 1 tablespoon basil fresh , or 1 ts dried
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves fresh chopped
Directions

1If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.

2Spri;nkle both sides with salt.

3Heat butter and oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.

4Cook fish about 10 minutes, carefully turning once, until brown on both sides.

5Remove fish and keep warm.

6Cook and stir sesame seeds in same skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes or until golden-brown; remove from heat.

7Squeeze lemon over sesame seeds.

8Stir in basil.

9Pour over fish.

10Sprinkle with parsley.
