- 2 tsp. grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- thin green onion strips (optional)
- short ribs (whatever quantity desired)
- salt and pepper
- Bisquick
- Accent seasoning
- garlic powder
- paprika
- parsley
- Kitchen Bouquet
- potatoes
- carrots
- onions
- celery
- chicken halves
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- Accent
- Italian dressing
Directions

1Soak chicken halves in water with salt.

2Drain on paper towels. Remove fat and tail along with giblets.

3Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, paprika and Accent.

4Rub Italian dressing in inner part of chicken and place skin side down on broiler.

5Broil for approximately 50 minutes.

6Turn and broil for additional 15 minutes.
