  • 220 g spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 cup snow peas, cut lengthwise in half
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup matchlike carrot sticks
  • 3 green onions, diagonally sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding snow peas to the boiling water for the last 30 sec.

    Drain spaghetti mixture, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.

    Mix peanut butter, dressing and soy sauce.

    Gradually stir in reserved water.

    Place spaghetti in large bowl.

    Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat.

    Stir in vegetables; top with nuts.
