- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 small onions, chopped large
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, chopped
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1Brown seeds lightly in oil.

2Remove.

3Add to pan the onions, soy sauce and salt.

4Cook briefly.

5Add asparagus and shrimp. Simmer just until cooked.

6Add seed.

7Serve over 3 cups rice.
