Ingredients

  • 250g lean beef or chicken mince;
  • 1/4 cup channa dhaal;
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric;
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 onion (chopped into small peices)
  • 1 inch ginger (chopped)
  • 1 large bay leaf
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 cardamons
  • 1 green chilli
  • 4 table spoons sunflower or vegetable oil.
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
