  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small frozen corn
  • 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • beef gravy

    Brown beef; drain well.

    Stir in garlic powder and pepper. Spread evenly in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Spread corn evenly over meat.

    Mash potatoes with milk, sour cream and butter. Spread mashed potatoes over corn.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese and gravy.
