  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (non-pudding type)
  • 1 3.4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. dry Sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 large eggs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in the large bowl of your electric mixer.

    Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes.

    Pour into a greased angel food cake pan and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes, or until center tests done.

    Cool on wire rack.
