  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Slice potatoes; place half of slices in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

    Add beef, salt, pepper, beans and onion.

    Arrange remaining potatoes on top.

    Combine tomato soup and water; spoon over top of casserole.

    Cover; bake at 350° for 2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
