- 1 (12 oz.) can Shoepeg corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine corn, green beans, celery, green pepper, onion, grated cheese, sour cream and cream of celery soup.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.

4Mix Ritz crackers and melted margarine.

5Sprinkle over casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
