- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped bell peppers
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 2 or 3 c. raw shrimp, cut up in pieces
- 3 c. cooked rice, or a little more
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Red Devil sauce
- 5 or 6 c. water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Saute vegetables in 1/2 cup oil.

2Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, water, salt, Red Devil sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

3Bring to a boil.

4Turn down heat and simmer for at least 45 minutes, covered. Put in shrimp and cook until done, about 7 to 10 minutes.

5Then add cooked rice.
