Shrimp Marsala

  • 1 lb cooked cleaned medium shrimp
  • 1 cup marsala wine
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large Vidalia onions,sliced thin
  • 1 lb portobello mushrooms,sliced
  • 1 lb cooked linguini or whole wheat alternative

Directions

    saute shrimp in a quarter cup olive oil

    add onions and mushrooms and cook until tender
  3. 3
    Add rest of olive oil and marsala and heat for 2 minutes

    Mix with linquini and serve with fresh ground pepper
