- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3 (4 1/2 oz. each) cans small shrimp, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
- 3/4 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 6 oz.)
- 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl; stir in oil, sugar, salt and 4 cups of the flour.

2Beat until smooth.

3Turn dough onto floured surface.

4Knead in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

5Knead until smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl; turn greased side up.

6Cover.

7Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes.
