- 2 lb. shrimp, deveined and cleaned
- 2 pkg. Knorr Newburg sauce mix
- 1/2 large bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 to 1 1/2 qt. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- parsley
Directions

1Melt butter in a large pot.

2Add onion and celery; saute about 10 minutes.

3Add peppers and shrimp; saute 15 minutes more until shrimp are done.

4Remove from heat.

5Add flour and sauce mixes; stir well to get out the lumps.

6Add 1 quart of milk.

7Return to low heat and bring to a simmer slowly, until it thickens.

8Add more milk; thin out if necessary.

9Add parsley at the end of cooking.

10Serve over rice.
