  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • shot of Tabasco
  • 1 lb. shelled shrimp
  • 2 medium peeled, chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 lb. fresh snow peas
  • 3 spears green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms

Directions

    Melt the butter; combine it with the next 5 ingredients.

    Add the shrimp, tomatoes, mushrooms, snow peas and green onions.

    Cook on high, stirring, until the shrimp are pink.

    Serve over rice.
