- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, cut up
- 1/2 can diced water chestnuts
- 2 green onions, diced
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff, but not dry
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste
- 8 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 10 slices white bread, crusts removed, toasted and cut into 4 triangles per slice
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and spread on triangles.

2Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil till puffy and golden brown.
