- 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1/2 c. Butter Buds
- 1/2 chopped onion
- few green onions
- 3 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 1/4 c. raw rice
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 lb. shrimp
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat Butter Buds; add onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, rice, salt and pepper.

2Cook, stirring, until rice is golden brown.

3Put in Kitchen Bouquet.

4Add 1 cup chicken broth and simmer.

5Add shrimp and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, covered.

6Cook, covered, until broth and rice are cooked well.
