- 1 (16 ounce) bag large shrimp
- 14 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup white wine or 12 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
- 14 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 12 tablespoon black pepper
Directions

1Defrost shrimp according to recommended thawing instructions.

2Heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes in large skillet over medium heat.

3Pour wine or stock into pan and reduce (5 minutes).

4Add shrimp and heat 2-3 minutes or until hot through the center (do not over cook.

5Stir in the butter, oregano and parsley.

6Salt and pepper for added flavor.

7Serve with your favorite pasta or rice.
