- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 c. thinly sliced onions
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1In a glass dish, layer shrimp and onions.

2Blend remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp.

3Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

4Drain shrimp, arrange on plate.

5I garnish with fresh chives (chopped) and serve with toothpicks.
