Shrimp Vinaigrette

  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 c. thinly sliced onions
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    In a glass dish, layer shrimp and onions.

    Blend remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp.

    Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

    Drain shrimp, arrange on plate.

    I garnish with fresh chives (chopped) and serve with toothpicks.
