Sidecar Martini

Directions

   Wet the rim of a martini glass by dipping it in a shallow plate filled with 1 ounce of lemon juice.

   Dip the glass into the superfine sugar and set aside.

   Combine the Calvados, Cointreau, and 1 ounce lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

   Shake vigorously.

   Strain into the martini glass.
