Simple Baked Curry Rice Casserole

- 1 Left over keema curry
- 1 as much as you plan to eat Hot cooked white rice
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cheese
- 1 Butter (to mix with the rice)
- 1 Parmesan cheese or panko
- 1 Dried parsley (to sprinkle on top)
Directions

1Place the rice in a heat-resistant bowl and top with leftover keema curry, egg, and cheese.

2Bake in the oven at 240C for 20 minutes until it turns golden brown.

3(You can also bake it in a toaster oven.)

4Mix the butter into the white rice.

5Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese or panko before baking for a crisp.
