  • 1 Left over keema curry
  • 1 as much as you plan to eat Hot cooked white rice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cheese
  • 1 Butter (to mix with the rice)
  • 1 Parmesan cheese or panko
  • 1 Dried parsley (to sprinkle on top)

Directions

    Place the rice in a heat-resistant bowl and top with leftover keema curry, egg, and cheese.

    Bake in the oven at 240C for 20 minutes until it turns golden brown.

    (You can also bake it in a toaster oven.)

    Mix the butter into the white rice.

    Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese or panko before baking for a crisp.
