- 24 vanilla wafer cookies
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- canned cherry pie filling, chilled
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Line muffin pans with foil paper cups (2 1/2 inches in diameter).

3Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup.

4In large mixer bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar. Blend in cocoa and flour.

5Add eggs; beat well.

6Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

7Fill each prepared cup almost full with cheese mixture.

8Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or just until set.

9Remove from oven.

10Cool 5 to 10 minutes.

11Spread heaping teaspoonfuls of topping (below) on each cup.

12Cool completely.

13Chill.

14Garnish with cherry pie filling just before serving.
