Ingredients

  • 300 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 20 grams Sugar
  • 3 grams Salt
  • 25 grams Margarine (or butter)
  • 5 grams Dry yeast
  • 180 ml Water (or warm boiled water, in the summer, use ice water)

Directions

  1. 1
Put all of the ingredients into the bread maker and turn on the course for the first rising.
  2. 2
Once the first rising has been completed, take it out and form two round balls.
  3. 3
Put the seam on the bottom and let rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4
After resting, separate each half into 8 pieces (for a total of 16).
  5. 5
Cutting in half -> fourths -> eighths is an easy way to do it.
  6. 6
Form each piece of dough into round balls, put the seam on the bottom and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  7. 7
When rested, round the dough into balls once again.
  8. 8
Neatly line them up on a baking sheet and perform the second rising at 45C for about 30-40 minutes.
  9. 9
When the second rising has finished, they'll be doubled in size.
  10. 10
Bake for 26 minutes in a 180C oven, and then they're done.
  11. 11
If you preheated the oven to 180C, it will take 18 minutes to bake.
  12. 12
I made half the dough into a small square loaf here.
