- 1 pound (21-25 Count) Shrimp, Cleaned, Shelled And Deveined
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Herb Old Bay Seasoning
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 whole Yellow Onion, Finely Chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3 whole Lemons, Juiced And Divided
- 1/2 cups Dry White Wine
- 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 16 ounces, weight Whole Wheat Spaghetti
- 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/4 cups Flat Leafed Parsley, Chopped

2In a small bowl, toss the shrimp with the pepper, salt and Old Bay seasoning.

4Add olive oil to a large frying pan over medium high heat.

6Stir and cook until fragrant and the onions start to caramelize.

7Then add shrimp on top of the garlic and onion mixture in a single layer.

10Remove the mixture from the pan and put it in a bowl.

11Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon over the shrimp and set aside.
