- 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Brush salmon with olive oil

3Zest lemon onto the salmon

4Freshly squeeze juice from half the lemon onto the fish

5Refrigerate for am hour or two before cooking
