Skillet Chicken-Rice Curry

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown chicken in skillet, using a small amount of oil.

2Add mushroom soup and 2 cans of water.

3Add onion, celery seed, parsley, curry powder, salt and pepper.

4Cook 1 1/2 hours on low. Add rice 15 minutes before done, mixing well with sauce.

5Add more water, if necessary.

6Serve chicken pieces on a bed of rice.
