Skillet Chicken-Rice Curry

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown chicken in skillet, using a small amount of oil.

    Add mushroom soup and 2 cans of water.

    Add onion, celery seed, parsley, curry powder, salt and pepper.

    Cook 1 1/2 hours on low. Add rice 15 minutes before done, mixing well with sauce.

    Add more water, if necessary.

    Serve chicken pieces on a bed of rice.
