  • 1/4 pound spaghetti thin

  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet bell peppers
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 pound chicken breasts skinless
  • 14 1/2 ozs tomatoes, canned, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated fat-free
