  • 1 1/2 lb. smoked fish, flaked
  • 1 1/4 c. mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped celery
  • 1 glove garlic, minced
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
