- 1 (14 lb.) fully cooked smoked whole ham
- 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Place ham on rack in open roasting pan.

2Side with most fat face up.

3Bake ham at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hrs (about 15-18 min per lb.).

4If ham browns too quickly, cover with a tent of foil.

5Thirty min before ham is done, prepare pineapple glaze.

6In medium sized bowl mix crushed pineapple, brown sugar, and mustard till blended.

7Remove ham from oven with spoon.

8Proportionately pat pineapple glaze on ham.

9Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries.

10Bake for 25 min longer.

11Let ham set for 15 min, then slice.
