- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 to 2 onions
- 1 tsp. curry
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 cups Homemade Salmon Broth
- 1/2 lb. smoked whitefish, chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
- dill
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Directions

1Saute onion in oil about 2 minutes.

2Add curry and mix well.

3Add rice and broth and heat up until it boils.

4Reduce heat and cook covered about 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is done.

5Add fish, parsley or dill and heat up if needed.

6Garnish with egg slices before serving.
