- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 (2 to 3 lb.) beef brisket
Directions

1Combine seasonings and pour over brisket; marinate overnight. Place brisket in roasting pan.

2Cover with aluminum foil and place lid on roaster.

3Bake at 250° for 5 hours.

4Do not remove lid during baking.

5Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.

6Makes 8 to 10 servings.
