  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 2/3 c. egg nog
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch) with fluted edge

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Combine ingredients in order given and pour into pie shell.

    Bake 15 minutes, then reduce temperature of oven to 350° and bake additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean.
