  • 1 stick Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows

Directions

    In a medium-sized bowl, combine butter, both chips, and peanut butter. Heat on high for 3 minutes in the microwave, stir well. You may need to heat a bit more 1 minute at a time until smooth and light brown color. Fold in the marshmallows so they stay in form. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment/wax paper and spread the fudge into the pan.

    Cool for 3 hours. Cut into squares. Enjoy.
